- The feminine form is in general the masculine form with an added -e at the end. In some cases some consonants or accents are also added.

- Some exceptions are the adjectives ending in:
-c has femenine form with the ending -che
-eau has femenine form with the ending -elle
-eux has femenine form with the ending -euse

-ou has femenine form with the ending -olle
-teur has femenine form with the ending -teuse/-trice

- The plural is formed in general by adding -s to the singular form.
- Some exceptions are the adjectives ending in:
-al has plural form with the ending -aux
-eau has plural form with the ending -eaux
-s keeps plural form with the ending -s
-x keeps plural form with the ending -x
