- The adverb is formed in general by adding -ment to the feminine adjective.
- There are some exceptions, when the adjective ends in:
-ant the adverb is formed with the ending -amment
-ent the adverb is formed with the ending -emment
-i the adverb is formed with the ending -iment
-é the adverb is formed with the ending -ément
-u the adverb is formed with the ending -ument
